- Lead and mentor a team of Wealth Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base.
- Ensure effective client relationship management by providing personalized wealth solutions.
- Oversee investment portfolio structuring, financial planning, and risk assessment.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, AMFI, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
