Account Executive

• Day to Day accounting transactions in Tally
• Maintain Account and day to day Sales and Purchase Entry.
• Prepare Journal entries
• Maintain Day to Day Vouchers.
• Cheque payment/ Neft / Rtgs (Creditors) entries in tally.
• Making all vendor payments.
• Prepare cash flow on a daily basis.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation on Monthly basis.
• Maintaining GST working
• Maintaining TDS entries
• Coordinate with parties on mail.
• Make Invoice as per company rule.
• Vendor ledgers scrutiny on a monthly basis.
• Provision of expenses.
• Prepare salary as per company rule.
• Prepare attendance / payroll
• Should have ADVANCE TALLY KNOWLEDGE

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum B Com graduate

Expertise in use of in Tally ERP 9 softwareis must (knowledge of GST in Tally)
Should have knowledge of MS Excel.

Good English speaking and can draft letters.
Should have experience in statutory requirements, TDS, GST, PF, ESIC and Ledger Scrutiny & Financial Transactions.
