Finance and Accounts Manager

Job description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager / Executive with specialized knowledge in Tally ERP , GST & TDS accounting to join our finance team
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to transportation services transactions, including invoices, TDS filing documents ,GST workings document filing, etc.,

Accounting and Financial Reporting:

Record and reconcile financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Vendor and Supplier Relations:

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment.

Bank Transactions:

Handle bank transactions related to transportation services and logistics and entry in tally

Tax Compliance:

Assist in preparing and filing import and export-related tax returns.
Ensure compliance with VAT, GST, and other tax regulations.

Qualifications:
1.) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.) Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
3.) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6). Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
