Invoice Processing:

Process and record invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Verify invoice details against purchase orders and contracts.
Prepare and process payments, including cheques, electronic transfers, and bank deposits.
Financial Record Maintenance:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Payroll Assistance:

Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll issues.
Calculate and process employee deductions, benefits, and taxes.
Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies between bank records and company accounts.
Support for Financial Audits:

Assist in the preparation of documentation and records for internal and external audits.
Respond to auditor inquiries and provide requested information promptly.
