Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and information.
Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
