Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices to clients on time, maintaining accurate records of payments received.
  
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  
• Handle GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related compliances for the company.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all accounting tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely payment of bills and resolving any discrepancies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1 year of experience in accountancy or related field (CA preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently from home office setup.
