Senior Manager - ESG Reporting (10-15 yrs)

Job Purpose :

- To execute the process and control routines necessary for ESG data and information collation, transformation and analysis to support Company to meet its internal and external Environmental ESG Reporting obligations.

- This role is responsible for managing the team executing the day to day Hub procedures to ensure effective service delivery and supporting implementation projects as well as continuous improvement initiatives.

- To work with business functions and direct reports to collate the required ESG Data and Information and perform initial validation checks to confirm accuracy and completeness of source data. This includes reporting and tracking any identified exceptions through to resolution.

- Responsibility for highlighting where further guidance and training to ensure the effective implementation of minimum control standards is required. This extends to delivering training as required.

- To execute ESG Data and Information collation and transformation procedures timely and accurately, liaising with relevant stakeholders as necessary, providing an initial analysis to be reported to the Operations Lead for review. This includes ensuring all 4-eye checks are obtained, as well as actioning any amends and feedback timely.

- To support the GPO (Global Process Owner) to respond to the results of the horizon scanning protocol and assessing and communicating the impacts of new and/or amended ESG reporting standards that are mandated and/or those Company has an appetite to adhere to. This includes updating documentation as appropriate.

- Responsibility for assessing opportunities for continuous improvement including digital tooling enhancements throughout the reporting process.

- Year-end reporting coordination with the Data Stewards making sure the data is correctly represented and external assurance ready.

- Contribution towards CSRD reporting and making sure the disclosure requirements are met in accordance with the regulations.

- Team handling with an overall grooming and developing team including emphasis on digital learnings.

- Ensure that the internal controls and data quality are always met in line with the set procedures in the hub

- Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of all the queries raised during external assurance.

- Review and keep abreast of the latest changes in the regulations and its impact on the reporting disclosures.

- Should be digital savvy in using digital tools like Power BI and Power Query.
