ScaleOrange Technologies - Business Analyst (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our Consulting Division.

This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to address clients' complex business and technical challenges.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing requirements, maintaining client interactions, and supporting implementation efforts.

The ideal candidate will leverage domain expertise, consulting experience, and technical skills to deliver impactful business solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units (e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation.

- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements while maintaining and improving system processes.

- Partner with clients to understand their culture and objectives, providing tactful advice to steer projects effectively.

- Create and update internal and external documentation, including requirements and project reports.

- Conduct systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and enhance system performance.

- Develop meaningful relationships with partners to optimize system integration.

- Respond to queries from managers and executives with research-backed recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.

- High proficiency in SQL, Excel, and database management.

- Extensive experience with data visualization and analysis.

- Proven analytical and technical writing abilities, including process documentation and reporting.

- Experience managing projects and conducting user testing.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
