Sales Manager- Multimedia(Image/Video Editing)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Image and Video Editing Services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for creative services. This role involves identifying potential clients, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships across industries such as advertising, e-commerce, media, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for image and video editing services.
  
• Identify key industries and clients, such as e-commerce platforms, advertising agencies, and production houses.

Business Development:

• Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

• Understand client requirements and present customized solutions for their image and video editing needs.
  
• Foster long-term relationships with clients by ensuring consistent quality and support.
  

Market Research and Analysis:

• Identify emerging opportunities and recommend service improvements or expansions.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with production and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality output for clients.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

• Manage pricing discussions and contract negotiations to secure profitable deals.

Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:

• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  

Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong understanding of image and video editing services and workflows will be an advantage.
