Building Information Modeling(BIM)-International Sales

Experience Level:

5-10 years of sales experience, in BIM services either inside sales or sales. International BIM sales experience is a must.

Role & responsibilities

• Proactively prospect companies that could benefit from BIM services.
• Identify client requirements and generate interest through tailored communication and engagement strategies.
• Nurture leads into business opportunities using a multi-channel approach, including social media, email, professional networking, and direct outreach.
• Work on focused accounts, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed aggressive inside-sales targets, demonstrating a consistent track record of sales success.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM to offer clients cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team for effective solution presentation and client demonstrations to generate opportunity.

Key skills and other requirements

• Experience handling customers having requirements in BIM
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
