SBL - Head - Operations (10-12 yrs)

About the Role:

We are building India's first genealogy and spiritual marketplace, dedicated to creating the largest repository of ancestral and spiritual data. We are seeking a visionary leader to establish and scale operations across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Leadership: Establish and scale pan-India operations from the ground up.

- Data Acquisition & Licensing: Identify and acquire genealogy/spiritual data and negotiate licensing agreements.

- Process Management: Set up and oversee large-scale scanning, transcription, and quality management teams.

- Vendor & Partner Management: Lead multi-location teams, manage vendor contracts, and ensure operational efficiency.

- Business Growth & P&L Ownership: Drive profitability, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives.

Who Should Apply?

- 10+ years of experience in operations, data digitization, or content licensing.

- Proven track record in setting up and scaling multi-location teams.

- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

- Expertise in P&L management and business strategy.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
