Key Accountabilities / Roles / Responsibilities

1. Ensuring compliance with IRDA guidelines and keeping up to date with all regulatory changes and ensuring implementation of the same in the company's Insurance business.
2. Timely reporting of IRDA reports and represent the company during IRDA Audits, Hearings, etc
3. Handling and responsible for end-to-end process for launch of new products of MF and for change in fundamental attribute of any schemes.
4. Drafting and vetting of various legal Agreements Responsible to update the Statutory MF compliances
5. Drafting and reviewing all necessary documentation for the IPO, including the prospectus, offer documents, and related legal agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
6. Vetting of all leave and license agreements.
