Job Title: Manager Legal & Compliance

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Manager Legal & Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all insurance and healthcare regulations, managing legal documentation, and staying updated with regulatory changes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Insurance & Healthcare Compliance Expertise:
  
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in Insurance & Healthcare Compliance standards.
• Stay well-versed with the Insurance Act, IRDA Regulations, Insurance Broker Regulations, and other applicable rules or regulations introduced by the IRDAI or relevant authorities.
• Industry Experience:
  
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing insurance compliance matters within insurance companies or insurance broking firms.
• Legal Drafting & Communication:
  
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, correspondence, and various communications related to compliance matters.
• Ensure all legal documents comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Regulatory Updates:
  
• Continuously stay updated with the latest changes and developments in Insurance & Healthcare Laws, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with evolving regulations.
• Regulatory Filings & Reporting:
  
• Prepare, file, and maintain necessary forms, returns, and reports with the IRDAI and/or relevant healthcare regulators, ensuring timely compliance with all statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant legal and compliance experience, with a specific focus on the Insurance & Healthcare sectors.
• Strong Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Insurance & Healthcare Compliance, IRDAI regulations, and related laws.
• Communication Skills: Ability to draft and articulate complex legal concepts and compliance matters in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to Detail: Highly accurate in managing compliance documentation, regulatory filings, and monitoring legal procedures.
