Sales Manager - Alternate Channel - SBI Securities at Vijayawada

We are looking for Sales Manager for our Alternate Channel for retail sales Department at Vijayawada.

Reporting to: Regional Head Alternate Channel

Reportees: Relationship Officers

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities

1. Managing a team of 7 -10 Relationship officers

2. Responsible for new client acquisition and achieving the team target

3. Providing necessary In house & On-field training and guidance to team members.

4. Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of service focus areas being: Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, RO productivity and cross selling of various products

5. Building and managing customer relationships and timely resolutions of customer grievances. 6. Responsible for Recruitment of Relationship officers

7. Efficient Sales management: Higher productivity, low attrition and rejection control

8. Cross sell of other financial Products

9. Regular Visit to SBI Branches, RBOs and Liaising with bank officials.

Qualification Needed: Any Graduation / Post Graduation

Relevant Experience: 3 5 years Experience in Selling Financial Products (Demat & Trading Account) & Team Handling

Age 24 to 35 years
