Role & responsibilities

SBI-SG is joint venture between State Bank of India and Societe General. We are on the lookout for Senior Manager Corporate Action. The ideal candidate will have experience into domestic market. The responsibilities are mentioned below:

• Activities Management - Corporate Action / Safe Keeping Section - Announcement , Entitlement and Processing of Voluntary Corporate Events like IPO , FPO , Buy Back, Take Over, Rights Issue, Conversion and Non Voluntary Corporate Events like Dividend Interest, ,Bonus, Merger, Demerger, Conversion, Spin Off, Stock Split, and Redemption etc.
• Keep track of Withdrawal / Inward of Physical securities from the custody which are sent outside for Collection of Interest, Demat, Name change etc
• Monitor and update procedures, policies for the corporate Action and Safe Keeping Section.
• Build and maintain good relation with Banks, Companies, Exchange, and Data provider for smooth functioning of activities
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries, in accordance with customer service norms. Ensure low TAT for all transactions as per service quality standards.
• Generation and dissemination of timely MIS for the purpose of managerial decision making
• Knowledge of all applicable Risk Frameworks in Corporate Action and Custody Domain
