Manager/ Senior Manager - MF Ops - RTA Ops

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to closely monitor Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTA) activities as per SLA and analysis of delays / rejections.

• Co-ordination with internal & external stakeholders for timely implementation of regulatory changes / process changes with focus on automation.

• Responsible to co-ordinate with Exchanges, Channel partners and service providers for transaction executions and provide necessary support for resolutions.

• Responsible to closely co-ordinate with auditors and service providers and ensure timely completion of audit reviews reports and resolution of issues / observations.

• Responsible to scrutinize RCA of internal & external issues and analyzing investors data for implementation of necessary controls / system or process changes.

• Responsible for review of SID / KIM / Transaction forms and launching of New schemes and special products.

Essential Skills Required

• Ability to communicate effectively with Service providers, channel partners and internal teams with good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Strong analytical & automation skills
• Thorough understanding of MF regulatory framework and guidelines and functions of R&T activities at Corporate Office
• Microsoft Office proficiency with a strong emphasis on Excel & presentations
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / Postgraduate with 5-6 years of Mutual Fund operations experience at AMC Corporate Office.
