Branch Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets, focusing on insurance products such as health, accidental, travel, home, motor, group, credit life etc.
  
• Lead a team of agents and staff members to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (branch management).
  
• Strong understanding of compliance management principles.
  
• Proven track record in developing successful sales teams.
