Business Development Manager - Corporate (SME)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through corporate channels, focusing on SMEs.
  
• Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients' needs.
  
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably in an agency or broker role.
  
• Strong understanding of the general insurance sector, including products such as fire, marine, motor, accident, crop, liability etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and negotiation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
