Business Development Manager Key Relations Group

Responsibility-

1) Business Growth

- Drive performance & budget achievement of entire branches to achieve top and bottom line while maintaining defined LR

- Identify and implement ways to drive the renewal business and ensure retention ratio

- Conduct campaigns to ensure activation at each and every branch on a regular basis

2) Renewal Business

- Focus on renewal business

3) Business Performance Review

- Conduct meetings with new customers, visit the corporate clients to ensure business growth

- Conduct periodic reviews with controllers to drive business numbers and address any concerns which may be hampering business

4) Relationship Management & Cross -Sell

- Provide detailed information about new products and new selling techniques to grow the business

- Develop and maintain relationship with all the key stakeholders of the partners to achieve increase volume growth

Additional

• Practice reasonable care to protect their organization provided assets and access credentials.
• Follow established Information & cyber security policy, incident reporting and escalation procedures.
