Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. *Business Development*: Generate new business leads and build relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
2. *Mortgage Loan Origination*: Originate mortgage loans by collecting and analyzing customer financial data, credit reports, and property information.
3. *Customer Engagement*: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
4. *Product Knowledge*: Stay up-to-date with mortgage loan products, interest rates, and regulatory requirements.
5. *Sales Target Achievement*: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
6. *Collaboration*: Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as credit teams, operations teams, and other sales teams.
7. *Compliance*: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Should have atleast 6 month experience in HL/LAP/BL
