Director of Business Development Department (Delhi)
About the role:
Sberbank is looking for a Director of Business Development Department to join our expanding
team in Delhi. This pivotal role focuses on driving growth and expanding the business within the
Indian corporate business sector, with an emphasis on international collaboration and business
development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- organize the work of the business development division
- manage the Business Development Division team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- the manager will ensure that all supplier sourcing activities are conducted in a timely an efficient manner
- develop and implement supplier sourcing policies and procedures
- manage the supplier sourcing process, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and selecting the best fit
- develop and maintain relationships with suppliers -Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best value
- oversee the process of identifying and selecting suppliers
- carry out the formation and implementation of KPI and the plan search for product suppliers in response to customer requests. Compliance with performance levels of division (KPI - Key performance indicators)
- organize the implementation of the business plan for division
- establish the concept of development of relations with suppliers
- plan business development as part of the division s work
- provide process of cooperation with Suppliers (collection of necessary documents, specifications)
- prepare sets of documents for submission to the collegial bodies of Sberbank
Requirements:
- 10+ years of work experience in the field of procurement (supplier search skill)
- 3+ years of team management experience
- availability of technical experience in the procurement process
- knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage
