MongoDB Developer (8-10 yrs)

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience as a MongoDB Developer or Database Administrator, with a focus on the banking or financial services industry

- Proven expertise in MongoDB database design, querying, and administration for mission-critical banking applications

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB features, such as aggregation, sharding, and replication, in a high-performance, high-availability environment

- Thorough understanding of data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning techniques for banking-specific workloads

- Strong knowledge of data security and compliance requirements in the banking industry, including experience working with regulators

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including compliance and risk management, and adapt to organizational processes and controls

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering reliable and secure data solutions for the banking sector

- Experience in the party data domain, particularly in the banking industry, is highly desirable
