Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Diversification:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and diversify product lines.
    • Identify opportunities to diversify the business into new product lines and markets.
    • Lead initiatives to explore and develop new business avenues, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
  • Sales:
    • Actively identify and target potential new clients in both existing and new markets.
    • Develop and execute strategies to secure new contracts and increase market share.
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, leveraging insights to attract new business.
    • Proactively pursue and secure new orders from clients, ensuring consistent sales growth.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain open lines of communication to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Organize and participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the companys network.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
  • Financial Management:
    • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients, minimizing accounts receivable.
    • Work closely with the finance team to manage accounts receivable and ensure financial health.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within similar industries
    • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in ERP/CRM/MIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
