About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager (Sales) to join our Vacations vertical. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in sales with a focus on the travel and tourism sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business segment while managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture leads generated through various channels including digital campaigns, conferences, tradeshows, and references
• Engage with diverse client segments including Government, PSU, and Private sector clients
• Develop detailed quotes and compelling business proposals
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
• Stay current with industry trends and developments in the MICE business segment
• Handle operational documentation, including billing and MIS report preparation

Required Qualifications
Education (Any one of the following):

• MTM or equivalent qualification
• MBA
• Graduate Engineering degree
• Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3)

Experience:

• 2 years (for MTM/MBA/Graduate Engineer holders)
• 4 years (for Bachelor's degree holders)

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization or additional certifications in Travel and Tourism
• Prior sales experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
• Knowledge of MICE sector operations and dynamics

Required Skills

• Strong lead qualification and nurturing abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in proposal writing and documentation
• Good understanding of government and corporate client handling
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
