About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Vacations vertical. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise combined with deep knowledge of the travel and tourism industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business and marketing strategies to boost sales of customized holiday packages
• Set strategic sales targets and create action plans to ensure their achievement
• Maintain and enhance service quality standards across all customer touchpoints
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including partners, suppliers, DMCs, and tourism boards
• Oversee compliance with all travel-related processes and regulations
• Drive team performance and ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences

Required Qualifications
Education (Any one of the following):

• MTM or equivalent qualification
• MBA
• Graduate Engineering degree
• Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3)

Experience:

• 6 years (for MTM/MBA/Graduate Engineer holders)
• 9 years (for Bachelor's degree holders)

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization or additional certifications in Travel and Tourism
• Proven sales experience in the travel/holidays industry
• Strong understanding of the tourism sector and market dynamics

• Excellent strategic planning and business development capabilities
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in sales management tools and techniques
