Job Description

Work with product architects, engineers, and product leadership team to build the product roadmap for front-end frameworks and platforms, SAWOs design system, and SAWOs docs experiences.

Collaborate with technical leads in SAWO engineering to help drive technical decisions that match the Product Experience product goals.

Identify technical debt and advocate for development plans that increase our ability to deliver high quality systems and frameworks, improving internal developer experience for simplicity and velocity.

Develop and share the systems metrics that help us illustrate progress towards our prioritized business goals.

Understand and collaborate on core business problems and requirements from customers, prospects, sales and support to help inform our product decisions more broadly.

Identify dependencies through the product unit and drive the meetings to collaborate and manage them effectively.

Evangelize and socialize best practices and how they solve the problems we face.

Design solutions that have iterative phases with a focus on regular delivery of incremental value.

You might be a good fit for this role if you:

Have 5+ years experience managing a product lifecycle, and have experience building SaaS products at scale, ideally designing products for developers.

Have built holistic dashboard experiences: from defining consistent UX patterns to improving the overall user experience and look and feel, OR, Have worked on a robust and comprehensive design system, and know when to break out and create new extensible patterns.

Have a good understanding of UI/UX/Visual design concepts and an eye for detail in the end-to-end user experience.

Think in systems and are able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviours.

Can distil complex problems into precise, simple, and delightful solutions.

Know how to drive use of qualitative and quantitative data to back up your product decisions as well as suggest new research.

Are comfortable working in a remote environment.

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
