Job Description
- 10+ yrs of experience in Java/J2ee technologies
- Hands-on experience of Java/J2EE, core Java concepts (multithreading, design patterns using Java, collections etc.), Spring, Hibernate, Groovy and Grails preferred and building web services using REST/SOAP APIs java based distributed systems.
- Proficiency with RDBMS Server in designing and optimizing queries, performance tuning and stored procedures
- Good hands-on experience with Code Repository tools and Java debugging tools.
- Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as estimation review, design review, code review, unit testing, continuous integration/development
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MS or Masters in Information Technology preferred
- Data-driven decision maker
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with other teams across the organization.
- Ability to work effectively and achieve results across functional areas in a work environment with a high rate of change
- Ability to manage multiple teams and initiatives providing a consistent record of all activities while handling confidential work with discretion
- Extensive hands-on experience building and managing the development of complex, large scale enterprise applications and products with resilience and reliability
- Proven experience in team management, attracting, hiring, retaining and leading top engineering talent and high-performance product engineering teams
- Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills

As a Security tool it's very good.
As a company very bad and not very healthy place to work. If you are married and have kids, I suggest you learn this tool by joining a partner company of Saviynt but never directly Saviynt. Work life balance is absolutely Zero. Officially working is Monday to Friday. But you would have so much of work that you end up working on Weekends as well.
