Marketing Automation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows for onboarding, retention, and mid-to-bottom funnel optimizations using CleverTap - WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Set up and manage user segmentation, triggers, and lifecycle campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance, A/B test strategies, and optimize automation flows to drive key business metrics.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and design teams to create personalized, data-driven engagement strategies.
• Ensure seamless CRM integration, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping for a consistent brand experience.
• Developing loyalty programs and retention campaigns.
• Driving feature adoption using behavioral triggers.
• Personalizing communication based on user actions.
• Automating onboarding journeys to reduce churn.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in core marketing automation
• Hands-on expertise with CleverTap similar automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, understanding consumer journey, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and SMS marketing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and execute data-driven, ROI-focused marketing campaigns.

Bonus: Experience in SQL, Python, or analytics tools for deeper insights.
