Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support & Consultation:

• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and application needs.
• Provide expert guidance on selecting and integrating semiconductor products into customer designs.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Conduct technical feasibility analysis and recommend optimal solutions.

2. Pre-Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable semiconductor solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers.
• Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) designs and assist customers in evaluating semiconductor components.
• Provide detailed technical documentation and application notes.

3. Post-Sales Support:

• Ensure smooth customer adoption of semiconductor products by providing ongoing support.
• Work with R&D and product development teams to resolve post-sales technical challenges.
• Assist customers in firmware/software/hardware integration and optimization.

4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Develop strong relationships with key customer engineers and decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for the customer within the company.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product management and R&D teams for future product improvements.

5. Market & Technology Awareness:

• Stay updated on semiconductor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and customer requirements.
• Conduct competitive analysis to highlight the advantages of the companys products.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral, whitepapers, and technical case studies.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and customer visits with technical expertise.
