Licensing Specialist/ Business development Expert

1. Business Development & Market Research

• Identify and assess potential licensing opportunities for our pharmaceutical products in target markets (Europe, Canada, and Australia).
• Conduct market research to understand regulatory landscapes, competitor activity, and commercial potential in each region.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective licensing partners.

2. Licensing Agreement Management

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of licensing agreements with international partners
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and commercial teams to secure favorable terms and risk mitigation.

3. Partner Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with licensing partners, ensuring mutual goals are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during the negotiation and post-licensing phases.

4. Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement out-licensing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on licensing activities, market trends, and revenue forecasts.
• Contribute to the long-term business planning process by identifying emerging market opportunities.
