1. Partner & Manage Corporate Clients / Create Alliances

2. Garner Insurance Business

3. Effective coordination with clients & the insurance companies to resolve any query & grievance

4. Understand insurance requirements for each corp. client & recommend products that best suit them

5. Provide proper recommendation and detailed comparison of insurance policies and their underlying inclusions & exclusions

6. Liasoning with insurance companies to negotiate competitive insurance premiums

7. Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions and resolving issues

8. Scrutinise policy documents for correctness & ensure all clauses are incorporated (as requested by clients)

9. Generating maximum business with proper client satisfaction (no mis-selling)

10. Ensuring high persistency

11. Maintain & Update Sales MIS / Lead Tracker

12. Provide Renewal Support & Customer Retention
