We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to oversee a wide array of projects. If you are ready to steer high-level projects to success, we are excited to have you on our team.
About the Role :
- Stakeholder Engagement - liaise with a range of business stakeholders to facilitate and identify information requirements across various parts of the organisation.
- Project Support - support all aspects of the project life cycle, including change management, testing and deployment planning to ensure successful implementation of Technology projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners - discover and understand customer needs and challenges, and support increment planning activities.
- Business Requirements Definition - analyse, clearly define, and document, using modern tools and techniques, the business requirements to ensure a common understanding across the project.
- Business Benefit Specification - analyse, capture, and clearly document business benefits, and define and implement plans to track and report on benefit realization.
- Project Initialization - support the business stakeholders and technology teams in preparing business proposals/cases and feasibility studies.
- Process analysis - analyse and design as-is and to-be business processes to meet business and technology opportunities.
- Analyse data and create visualisations to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Impact Assessment - consider business and technology implications of new and changing solutions.
- Identify business impacts, risks, issues and dependencies of existing and proposed solutions.
- Project Delivery - validate alternative solutions and technologies through market research.
- Assist in the management of projects to drive improved efficiency and functionality within business processes.
- Implementation - build relationships with business stakeholders and team members, technical staff, and management to facilitate the determination and resolution of issues associated with systems implementation.
- Help Product Owners to measure and communicate value delivered, as well as support business transition and change management activities
- Testing/Training - develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Develop training material and support the training function of project delivery.
About the Candidate :
- 3 years plus in a similar Technical BA role.
- Excellent communicator, both Verbal & Written.
- Reliable, punctual and hard working.
- Flexible team player who is highly motivated and a self starter.
