Job Description
Satcom Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for Pre-sales engineer / Technical consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process, helping to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.
- Stay updated on product features, capabilities, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their technical needs are met.
- Assist in the transition from presales to post-sales support, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.
