Job Description:

AVP in Finance & Accounts, to oversee financial functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the books of accounts of group entities to ensure a true and fair view of the business and financial position.

- Overseeing quarterly statutory & internal audits & data presentations to board within scheduled time.

- Establish business level budgeting and expense reporting including inter branch expenditure allocation for correct reporting.

- Develop credibility for the finance department by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends.

- Strategic planning including tax and risk management for establishing new entity or business project.

- Liaise closely with operation and business team to maintain knowledge of emerging business lines & updates related to ongoing business for further planning.

- Overviewing statutory compliance including department audits and assessment in the areas of Income Tax, GST, other locations & allied laws for regulatory controls.

- Implement systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements and ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements

Candidate Details:

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA must

- 10+ years of accounting and finance experience in Financial Services / NBFC sector
