Operation Manager / Head ( FMCG Plant )

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to manage the total production plan, packaging, supply chain, and dispatch areas. This position requires overseeing the efficient and timely production and distribution of goods, ensuring smooth operations from manufacturing through to delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  
• Oversee factory operations, including inventory management, supply chain planning, and quality control.
  
• Develop and implement effective dispatch planning strategies to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence through process improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a high level of productivity.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in Factory Operations, Production Management, Dispatch Planning, etc.
  
• Strong understanding of Inventory Planning, Material Planning, Production Supervising, Supply Planning, Procurement Planning & Quality Management.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
