Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure management).

Technical Skills :

Essential :

- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure, including network security.

- In-depth understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and network security concepts (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention).

- Experience with network tools (i.e., Cisco, Juniper) and network monitoring solutions.

- Strong understanding of system administration tasks (user management, security patching, system backups, disaster recovery).

- Experience managing and troubleshooting hardware assets (servers, desktops, etc.) in both on-premises and remote/branch office environments.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (i.e., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks (highly preferred).

Highly Preferred :

- Experience with IT security best practices and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2) in a FinTech environment.

- Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing methodologies.

- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure) (a plus).

- Familiarity with IT asset management (ITAM) tools and processes.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the efficient operation, security, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure across all locations (head office & rural branches).

- Design, implement, and manage network security solutions to protect the company's data and systems.

- Oversee system administration tasks, including user account management, security patching, system backups, and disaster recovery planning.

- Manage and maintain hardware assets across all locations, including servers, desktops, tablets, laptops, and systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and security threats.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT security trends and vulnerabilities relevant to the FinTech industry.

- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.

- Manage hardware procurement, maintenance, and support contracts with vendors.

- Document IT processes and procedures for efficient knowledge transfer.

- Ensure adherence to IT security policies, compliance regulations, and best practices
