Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our digital ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing the product roadmap for all customer-facing digital platforms, including our chatbot, website, and mobile app. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX), data analytics, and agile methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
Product Strategy Leadership
Experience
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for our digital ecosystem, including customer app, website, and chatbot platforms
- Lead the digital sourcing strategy to increase customer acquisition through digital channels
- Drive integration between customer-facing applications and field officer platforms
- Define and track key performance metrics for all digital products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement robust technical solutions
- Manage API integrations and ensure seamless connectivity between different platforms
- Oversee the technical architecture decisions that impact product scalability
- Work closely with data teams to implement analytics and tracking systems
- Lead user research initiatives to understand rural customer needs and behaviors
- Analyze user data to drive product decisions and optimize customer journeys
- Develop data-driven frameworks for measuring product success
- Create and monitor dashboards for key product metrics
- Own end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Establish and optimize product development processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business
- Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in fintech or rural-focused digital products
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products
- Experience in managing customer-facing applications and internal tools
- Strong background in implementing data analytics and user tracking systems
- Deep understanding of product analytics tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Knowledge of API architecture and integration patterns
- Understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Superior communication skills in English and preferably in regional languages
- Understanding of rural market dynamics and customer behaviors
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA or equivalent business degree preferred
- Based in Pune, India with occasional travel to rural areas
