Team Lead Production

The Operations/Production Technician will be responsible for Planning of Production resources & ensure schedules are met as per internal / external customer requirement. The holder of the position will also work with Order execution, Engineering, Quality and other internal functions to continuously identify design, process, and efficiency improvements. The goal is to ensure work is completed to required timescales, output, and quality targets.

The Operations/Production Technician will be responsible for Planning of Production resources & ensure schedules are met as per internal / external customer requirement. The holder of the position will also work with Order execution, Engineering, Quality and other internal functions to continuously identify design, process, and efficiency improvements. The goal is to ensure work is completed to required timescales, output, and quality targets.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Align resources with production plans on a daily basis

• Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled

• Check production plans and fulfillment takes care of maintenance and repair of machines

• Monitor the KPIs & ensure departmental KPIs are met weekly, monthly & Yearly.

• Identify the improvements & implement to enhance safety, 5S, Quality & Productivity.

• Asses the Risk involved in process handled & ensure the mitigation plans are in place.

• Timely review & updating of all the relevant documents.

• Attend the IMS audits & ensure the timely closure of observation if any.

• Identify new technologies & process to enhance the manufacturing process to reach best in industries.

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum 3 year of relevant & 5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.

• Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineer.

• Good knowledge on ASME-BPE requirements in manufacturing.

• Good knowledge in mechanical assembly techniques

• Proven mechanical fault-finding skills.

• Ability to communicate at all levels.

• Good knowledge of quality, cost, efficiency, and safety
