Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review compliance for dip process parameters & SOP to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
- Process non-conformities to be identified timely and intimated to maintenance team for actions.
- Carry out investigation on complaint and closure.
- Follow FIFO for dipping of doffed GF rolls & remake rolls.
- Multi-skilling dip operation team through OJT to operate panel, let-off, wind-up, RFL preparation & process control.
- MIS Report Preparation.
- Ensure implementation of safe practices and SOP at shop floor.
- Ensure compliance of IMS standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14001, 45001).
