Job Description: Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and expenses.
• Assist with reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues.
• Enter financial data into accounting software,including purchase and sales entries, ensuring accuracy.
• Help prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the preparation of invoices and ensure timely submission.
• Address client inquiries related to accounts and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards,company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Use Excel to perform data analysis, including VLOOKUP and other formulas for financial reporting.
• Provide administrative support to senior accounting team members.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the textile industry or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
