Proposals Executive (Female)

Preferred candidate profile

• Min. 2-3 year Experience in Proposals / Inside Sales function with Industrial Automation / Software Product / Software Services provider
• Knowledge on service estimation, project milestones, payment terms, etc.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Software development, etc.
• Experience of handling CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
• Very good written & verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to working with Global clients is preferred

Role & responsibilities

• Handling of all the proposal requests received from Lead Generation / BDE / Business

leader

• Working with Delivery team in creating Technical proposal, Service /BOM estimate, costing preparation & Commercial proposal preparation
• Review of proposal & commercial terms alignment
• Proposal, Orders & Payment follow-up with customers along with BD team
• Coordinating with Delivery team for order execution
• Managing CRM system with proposal status, updates, etc.
• Managing Opportunities reports through CRM
