Job Description
Urgently Hiring for Accounts Executive at Navi Mumbai location.
Role & responsibilities
- Monthly Overseas Invoicing (Sarla India, Middle East and USA)
- Petty Cash handling
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- STPI Online Report Filing (monthly/ quarterly/yearly)
- Payment Follow-Up with Overseas Client
- Preparation of TDS Certificates
- Follow up for TDS Certificates
- Preparing various MIS reports for high Level Audit
- Preparing letter and coordinating with banks for inward and outward remittance
- Preparing and coordinating for bank guarantee
- Preparing various reports on C-form, fixed asset, insurance for HO
- Maintaining Bank balance details and timely update on same.
- Co-coordinating with team for various other accounting works such as payments, receipts, remittance, creditors etc.
- Tracking of FIRCs
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Strong understanding and 4 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
