Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor& degree in any field.
• Experience: 2+
• Technical Skills: HR software, and recruitment tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers,
and stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring
strategies.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
