Assistant Manager Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection:
   
• Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Use various job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with the HR team and business leaders to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational goals and needs.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and job offer negotiations.
3. Talent Pipeline Development:
   
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, including passive candidates.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent market conditions.
4. Administrative Support:
   
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other related documents.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
5. Onboarding:
   
• Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
• Ensure all pre-employment checks (background checks, references, etc.) are completed before the employee joins.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
   
• Generate recruitment reports and assist in preparing recruitment budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment processes to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
