Role & responsibilities

• Preparing Promotional plan & Strategies for a set of brands.
• Designing Visual Aids & LBLs & other print material, including scientific inputs.
• Updating Scientific information for the brands handled.
• Launching New potential brands & managing them for a big build.
• Conducting Cycle meetings & preparing the content for the same.
• Coordinating, guiding, motivating Field Team & ensuring 100% execution of Strategies down the line.
• Maintaining P&L for the brands.
• Conduct Market Research & analysis to identify opportunities & understand customer needs.
• Collaborating with cross functioning teams for productivity.
• Monitoring Product performance & making data driven decisions to drive the growth & profitability.
• Experience with product development processes & methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Pharma/ BSc, MBA preferred

• Experience: 5 to 8 Years of Experience in Derma Marketing Field

• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
