Role & responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and product sales.

Market Research

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities.
• Gather feedback from the sales team and customers to refine marketing strategies.

Product Promotion

• Create impactful promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content.
• Work with the sales team to implement promotional activities and product launches.

Digital Marketing

• Manage online campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to maintain the companys reputation as an industry leader.

Event Coordination

• Organize and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and consumer events.
• Plan and execute product demonstrations and sampling campaigns.

Compliance

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or OTC industry.
• Strong understanding of OTC product marketing.
