Sap Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, deep knowledge of SAP systems, and a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  
• Lead the planning and implementation of SAP projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and implementation methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in the specific industry of the hiring company (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance).

Working Conditions:

• Standard office environment.
• May require travel to client sites.
