SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee project team members, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate resources and manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, risks, and issues, and provide status reports to senior management.
• Gather business requirements and work with functional and technical teams to translate them into SAP solutions.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any issues that arise during project execution.
• Provide leadership in problem-solving, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of project obstacles.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Develop testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions by end users.
• Coordinate training, communication, and documentation to help users adapt to new systems or processes.
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial resources are used effectively.
• Coordinate internal and external resources (e.g., SAP consultants, developers, and vendors) to ensure project success.
