Project Location: Hyderabad Chennai Delhi and should open to travel for Pan India Onsite and offshore.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a proven track record of leading and managing 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in SAP project management and deep expertise in delivering successful SAP S/4HANA transformation projects within time and budget constraints.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and support
• Develop project plans, define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for SAP projects
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage cross-functional SAP teams and collaborate with stakeholders across various modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Monitor and report on project progress, including risk mitigation, change management, and issue resolution
• Lead stakeholder engagement meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Oversee project documentation and ensure proper governance in all phases of SAP implementation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and migration to SAP S/4HANA
• Ensure successful knowledge transfer, training, and post-go-live support for clients

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields
• 12+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in project management roles
• Proven experience managing at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration points
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certification is preferred
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Agile)

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in S/4HANA
• Experience managing large, complex SAP projects in a global environment
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in SAP projects
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and related cloud technologies
