Job Description
- Lead and manage the SAP S/4HANA transformation project, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution of project tasks.
- Ensure project governance by setting up structured processes for monitoring project progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring all project stakeholders are informed of any changes or potential impacts.
- Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
- Oversee testing phases, ensuring all modules are fully tested and validated before go-live.
- Ensure a smooth transition post-go-live by coordinating hypercare and user training activities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the SAP Architect and technical teams to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and meets business objectives.
